Parkway Terrace TX History

Kickerillo Companies and Sueba USA spearheaded Parkway Terrace development in 1995. Paul Barnhart owned the 330-acre parcel of land before its development.

The tract, like most west Houston neighborhoods, was rural/agricultural. It was a cattle ranch and was one of the last large tracts of land developed in the area.

Kickerillo purchased the lots to build homes in the subdivision. The homebuilder provided several floor plans, designs, and price points. Parkway Terrace opened in 2009.

Today, the gated community is one of the most popular in the west Houston area. Its proximity to the Energy Corridor and Westchase and its excellent schools continue to draw new residents.
